Sponsor a Volunteer
Get matched up directly with a military volunteer, medic or instructor. Help them afford critical equipment such as plates, plate carriers, boots, Starlinks, generators, NVGs, medical supplies etc or cover operating expenses such as fuel and vehicle repairs.
Sponsorship can start from $25 per month or $100 as a one-time contribution. When needed, several donors can be matched together to help cover larger requests.
Once matched, you are introduced through a Signal chat so you can communicate directly with the person you are supporting. You make financial transfers directly to the volunteer or send supplies.
Sponsor a Flight
Help qualified military and medical volunteers travel to or from Ukraine. Volunteers must fund their own travel and this is a big financial burden for many qualified volunteers.
You can contribute to the Flight Fund on Paypal, pay for a ticket directly or use airline miles and reward points to book a flight for an eligible volunteer. You are matched directly with a volunteer and will book the flight yourself, with the assistance of a PAV volunteer who is an expert on booking with miles and points.
Hotel points can also be used in some cases to support injured volunteers during recovery.
Donate Technology
Laptops, tablets, Android phones and other electronics are constantly needed by military units, instructors, drone teams, hospitals and rehabilitation centers.
PAV accepts working internet-capable technology and distributes it where it can be put to use. We can accept laptops, tablets, phones, earphones, gaming systems, monitors, PC computers, drones and drone components, and power tools.
More than 500 technology items have already been distributed.

Provide Humanitarian and Medical Supplies
If you would like to make sure your donation is only used for humanitarian purposes, this option is for you.
PAV works together with Ukraine Front Line, a registered 501c3 organization in the USA, to provide medical supplies, cold weather gear, hygiene supplies, food, cleaning supplies, and home appliances to military volunteers an injured volunteers. These donations are tax-deductible for Americans. UFL purchases medical supplies in the USA at a discount. PAV handles purchasing and distribution in Ukraine and has arranged discounts with multiple suppliers.
Donate Physical Items TO THE PAV LIBRARY
Do you have military kit, medical supplies, cold weather gear, camping supplies, tools, construction supplies, or hygiene items that you do not need? Give them to the PAV Library and let them go to someone who does need them.

Can I choose who I support?
PAV can accommodate many reasonable preferences, such as supporting a volunteer from your country or matching female donors with female volunteers. Matching a specific individual cannot always be guaranteed.
Do I have to commit long term?
No. You can stop recurring support at any time and resume later if you choose.
How do I know where my support goes?
Direct matching allows you to communicate with the volunteer or team you support. PAV also publishes regular updates and reports about its fundraising and programs.
Can I donate airline miles instead of money?
Yes. You do not need to transfer your miles to PAV. Eligible donors can use airline miles or reward points to book flights directly for matched volunteers, with assistance from PAV.
Can I send physical supplies?
Sometimes. Depending on your location and the items involved, purchasing supplies directly in Ukraine may be more efficient. Contact PAV before shipping physical donations.
